The Meat Trade Institute is pleased to offer its members the Institute Buying
Club. Through this program, members can obtain special business oriented services at
discounted rates. Below are the services currently being offered.
Unlimited Internet Service:
 The
Meat Trade Institute has contracted with IMC Internet Services to offer members discounts
on unlimited direct dial-up service to the Internet. The cost is $14.95
per month for members (normally $18.95). This service saves members on monthly
Internet access. A service like America Online, for instance, costs $23.95. IMC Internet
includes high-speed Internet access at 56k, assuming your modem has high-speed capability.

Digital Cellular Phone Services:
 The
Institute has contracted with Payless Digital Phone Services to offer discount programs on
digital phone services backed by AT&T. Programs include state-of-the-art digital
cellular phones with various services plans such as:
* 600 minutes per month for $89.95
* 1000 minutes per month for $119.95
* 1400 minutes for $159.95
The phone itself is the same Nokia digital phone that provides voice mail, text
messaging, 200 hours per battery charge, etc. There are numerous plans to suit any need.

Computer Network Sales and Services:
The Institute has contracted with SPC Technology Services to provide quality,
discount computer network installation, repair, upgrading and software evaluation. Institute members receive a 10% discount on all computer related services
(excluding hardware purchases). A hardware purchasing program is also available, though
the saving are slightly smaller due to the slim profit margins existing in the hardware
industry.
The Institute does, however, have the ability to deliver custom designed
machines (using Acer Brand components) to the membership at
charges far below prevailing market prices for comparable machines sold by national
retailers. These machines are relaible business machines in use at firms throughout the
Northeast.
