020554 Hormel Foods Quarterly DividendMay 27, 2002Austin, MN - The Board of Directors of Hormel Foods Corporation, Austin, Minn.-based consumer- branded meat and food processing firm, today declared a regular quarterly dividend of nine and three- fourths cents ($.0975) a share on the common capital stock of the corporation. The dividend is to be paid August 15, 2002, to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 20, 2002. This is the 296th consecutive quarterly dividend.
