Rally's registered at 2:38, while McDonald's came in at 2:50. Another fast-food burger spot, Hardee's, serves its customers in 2:53. The survey found that the national average is 3:03. According to qsrmagazine.com, 25 restaurants were rated. Accuracy, speaker clarity, packaging and speed were among the areas considered. The study was conducted between May 30 and July 19, 2000. A restaurant was usually visited twice during lunch and dinnertime. The survey found that the longest trip was at a KFC in Toledo, Ohio, where it took 32 minutes and 2 seconds.
