DETROIT - Cattleman's Inc said Friday its stock will be delisted effective after the close of trade on September 22.
The stock will no longer trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market because Cattleman's has fewer than 300 shareholders. It will trade in the future on "pink sheets", said controller Carol Coggins.
Cattleman's is a beef processor and retailer.
