Westbury, NY - Nathan's Famous Inc., a maker of all-beef hot dogs, said it would support the reorganization plan for Roaster's Franchise Corp., operators of Kenny Rogers Restaurants.
If a bankruptcy court approves the plan, Nathan's can acquire Roaster's for $1 million in cash all the intellectual property rights of the restaurant chain. The plan was filed in U.S Bankruptcy Court on behalf of Roasters and the Official Committee of Franchisees of Roaster's Corp.
