DES MOINES, IA - Governor-elect Tom Vilsack wants to know why falling pork prices for farmers do NOT mean cheaper prices in the grocery store. The Mount Pleasant Democrat is calling for a federal investigation into the pork industry. Vilsack says federal officials are in the best position to look into the matter.
