Wisconsin, USA - Beef prices are at their lowest level in the past 20 years, and Wisconsin Agriculture Secretary Ben Brancel wants a federal investigation into the cause. Brancel says he suspects Canadian ranchers are dumping cattle in the U-S, bringing down prices. He says it if turns out they are... our country should take trade actions against Canada. A glut of domestic and imported beef is on the market right now.
