The 6000-square-foot building is located at 2079 South Robert St, just north of highways 110 and 494, and will seat approximately 100 guests indoors with an additional 40 in a patio area. The company anticipates opening this restaurant in the 4th quarter of 1997.

"We continue to be pleased by the performance of our existing restaurants and look forward to providing more of our great barbecue to people not only in Minnesota, but across the Midwest and beyond."
Famous Dave's of America develops, owns and operates Americana roadhouse-style barbecue restaurants under the name Famous Dave's. The company currently operates five Famous Dave's restaurants, with 10 locations now in development. The next Famous Dave's to open will be in Apple Valley, Minn., and in Stillwater, Minn. Both of these will open on July 18, 1997.
