970715 U.S. Senators Seek Action on Philippines Pork Imports

July 12, 1997 -- A group of 22 senators urged the U.S. Ambassador to the Philippines, Raul Rabe, to pursue Manila's compliance with international trade laws to permit more imports of poultry and pork.
